I finally did it!
I'm trading in my passport (which recently enjoyed a trip through the washing machine anyway) for a set of truck keys and a couple of gas cards. Why? I'm changing jobs from being a 'Measurement While Drilling Tool Operator' to 'Directional Driller.' Kinda like going from fixing the bus to driving it. This means that I'll need to get my skills in order before I'm allowed to head back overseas again, which is my ultimate goal. Perfect timing too, we got 15cm of snow last night. I don't recall seeing any snow in Cuba...
